Terms
These terms describe the general structure for inquiries, project scoping, and creative delivery through Abelardo APEX. Final project agreements may define more specific commercial terms.
Inquiry stage
Submitting an inquiry does not create a project contract. It begins a scope review so deliverables, timing, fit, and next steps can be evaluated.
Quotes and scope
Quoted pricing, timelines, deliverables, revision structure, and licensing are based on the information available at the time of review. If scope changes, pricing and timing may also change.
Creative approvals
Work moves fastest when stakeholders provide consolidated feedback. Revision rounds and approval points should be respected so the project stays aligned with the agreed schedule.
Usage and licensing
Usage rights, formats, resolutions, and delivery scope are confirmed before kickoff or before final handoff. Unless otherwise agreed, source files, extended licensing, or additional versions may require separate pricing.
Confidentiality
If a project requires NDA handling or pre-release confidentiality, that should be raised during the scope review so it can be handled correctly before work begins.
Delivery expectations
Delivery timing depends on approved scope, input readiness, and timely feedback. Delays in stakeholder review, missing assets, or expanding deliverables can affect schedule.
Final agreement
Any paid engagement should be governed by the final written scope, quote, invoice terms, or project agreement accepted by both parties.
